How it goes

Four steps

  1. Apply online

    One form covers the whole application — business details, owners, fob order, banking for pre-authorized debit. About 10–15 minutes.

  2. Sign on screen

    The authorized officer (and guarantor, for corporations and partnerships) signs right in the browser. You get a signed PDF copy by email; so do we.

  3. Get your Bedrock Commercial Fuel Fobs

    Once approved, each driver or vehicle gets a Bedrock Commercial Fuel Fob programmed for its fuels. Pick them up at our office, 67 Don Valley Pky (Mon–Fri 8 AM–4 PM), or we’ll arrange delivery.

  4. Fuel up, we invoice

    One invoice a week for Monday–Sunday, paid automatically by PAD the next business day.

Have these ready and you’ll be done in one sitting:

  • Company: legal name, GST/HST number, address and contacts. Individual: your name, date of birth and address.
  • Companies: names, home addresses and dates of birth of owners (20%+) and directors.
  • How many fobs you need, who each one is for, and which fuels (diesel, regular, premium) each may dispense.
  • Bank transit, institution and account numbers, and a photo of a void cheque (required).
  • The person signing — you, or the officer authorized to sign for the business (plus a guarantor, if incorporated).
